12. Our Use of AI Tools

12.1 We use AI tools in parts of our workflow — for example, to help draft or refine copy, generate design or content ideas, or support project planning.

12.2 Where possible, we avoid entering sensitive or unnecessary personal information into AI tools, and use de-identified information where we can. In some cases, limited information may still be processed by third-party AI providers as part of this workflow.

12.3 Some AI tools we use are operated by providers based outside Australia, meaning information may be processed overseas as described in Section 6.

12.4 While we choose reputable AI providers, we can’t guarantee how those third parties store or handle information submitted to their systems, and we aren’t responsible for their handling of that data.

12.5 Please don’t share personal information with us for AI-assisted work if you’re not authorised to disclose it, or if it’s sensitive in nature (e.g. financial, health or identity information), unless you’ve told us in advance so we can take appropriate precautions.

12.6 AI-assisted work (copy, design concepts, or recommendations) is a starting point, not a finished, guaranteed-accurate output. We review AI-assisted content before it’s delivered, but you should also review it before publishing or relying on it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The current version will always be available on our website, with the date it was last updated.
